We sent out the Area Plan on Saturday and we are now devoted exclusively to preparing for our Area Committee Presentation. Write and re-write. Rehearse and then more rehearsal. It takes a lot of time to get it right, but each time it just gets a little better. The final presentation will be given tomorrow night.
I have completed the performance appraisals and salary administration recommendations for our staff and drivers, but I still need to review them with the Area Presidency. Once that has been completed, I can focus on setting up the Area Presidency meetings for General Conference and the Mission President's Seminar. We have been running hard but it feels great. We are making good progress. So far, everything is going according to plan.
