Early Risers

We started church at 9:30 a.m. today. We have to leave the apartment by a little after 8:00 a.m. It was actually light outside, so that was good, but it was sure cold. And when we got back this afternoon, it was even colder. You can't count on the day time bringing warmer weather!!

I had my incision checked out by Elder Rees at church. It was a little red, so he going to put me on an antibiotic, just as soon as he learns the Russian name for Keflex!! He has a computer program to help with that. I have also been applying a hot press, starting today. I managed to put it on hot enough, so that now my neck matches my cut!!

We both just got up from a nap!! (Is there much in this world more indulgent?) Chris passed out first, followed by me. But we are up now, bright and cheery!! Chris is talking to her dad on Vonage.

Later we will play a Rummicube.

Hi Greg,

Glad to hear you're recovering from "open neck" surgery! We're enjoying snow and colder weather here today, too. But nothing like (chuckle, chuckle)you are over there.

Like you, we too had early church services today and we also enjoyed our Sunday afternoon nap.

We're going to get the Scrabble game going over here as soon as we tell the computer good night.

You guys take care! Our thoughts and prayers are always with you, and with your family.

Love, Harvey and Rebecca
